At the height of my goodie gifting, I made approximately 60 dozen treats which meant I needed to be well organized to get everything done efficiently in the time that I had.
Since I was an accountant, it was natural for me to use an Excel spreadsheet to note how much of an ingredient I needed for each treat and then calculate how many pounds of flour, sugar, and butter I would need.
I still use that method, but I thought... why not make a list other people, both seasoned bakers and newbies, could use?
