Learn how to make Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Foam with just three simple ingredients. This light, creamy topping is ready in 5 minutes and transforms iced coffee, dirty sodas, lemonade, and other cold drinks into a coffeehouse-style treat.
Froth Ingredients. Add all ingredients into a tall cup or bowl. Use a milk frother for 20 to 30 seconds to whip the mixture until it has doubled and is frothy. The mixture should be airy, pourable, and slightly thickened, and not as stiff as whipped cream.
¾ Cup Heavy Cream, ¼ Cup Vanilla Syrup, ½ Cup Whole Milk
Stir & Pour. Stir with a spoon to check that the texture is frothy and slightly thickened. Pour the cold foam over your favorite iced beverage. Pouring over the back of a spoon helps the foam float on top for a beautiful layered presentation. Serve & Enjoy!
