Ingredients

  • Ice Cubes
  • 3 Ounces Maple Flavored Bourbon Whiskey Like Cooper's Mark
  • 1 ½ Ounces Heavy Cream

Optional Garnish:

  • A Few Fresh Gratings of Nutmeg

Instructions

  • Ice. Fill a rocks glass with ice.
    Ice Cubes
  • Pour. Pour maple bourbon over the ice cubes.
    3 Ounces Maple Flavored Bourbon Whiskey
  • Float. Gently pour the heavy cream over the back of a teaspoon to float it on top of the bourbon.
    1 ½ Ounces Heavy Cream
  • Garnish. Garnish with a few fresh gratings of nutmeg and serve immediately.

Notes

My Top Tip
If you do not have maple bourbon on hand you can mix 3 ounces of plain bourbon with ½ ounce of maple syrup. You can mix these after pouring them over ice in a glass by giving it a quick stir.
