you will need:

• cooked wild rice • cooked chicken • celery • green onions • whole cashews • seedless grapes • mayonnaise • lemon juice • salt and pepper

Rinse the wild rice with cold water in a colander or strainer.

Cook wild rice in water and and chicken broth until tender and kernels begin to pop.

In a small bowl whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and freshly ground black pepper.

In a large mixing bowl add cooked wild rice, cubed chicken, chopped celery, sliced green onions, cashews, and halved red grapes.
