cook spaghetti to not quite al dente

reserve 1/2 cup of the pasta water & drain the spaghetti

heat olive oil in a skillet and add chopped garlic and red pepper flakes

while spaghetti cooks

just until the garlic is fragrant

cook 1 to 2 minutes

drained spaghetti and green peas. Then toss to coat in spiced garlic oil


and add parmesan cheese
