Elderflower and Lemon Mimosas

So simple to make and delicious for brunches and warm afternoons!


• lemon • sugar • water • elderflower liqueur •prosecco

In a small saucepan combine water, sugar, and lemon peel.

Stir well and bring to a boil. Simmer for 1 minute. Remove from heat and cool.

Add lemon juice and stir well.

Strain syrup & transfer to a glass container. Store covered in the refrigerator.

Mix together elderflower liqueur and lemon simple syrup.

Fill glasses 1/2 full with Prosecco... add elderflower & lemon syrup...

...then top off with more Prosecco!


substitute plain seltzer or lemon sparkling water for the Prosecco and elderflower syrup for the liqueur.  

Make it a Mocktail!
