Instructions
In a large bowl whisk together the Italian salad dressing, granulated white sugar, red onion, parmesan cheese, and parsley.
Add the sliced zucchini and quartered cherry tomatoes and mix well.
Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
