Pro Tip

To make a cookie extra loaded with sprinkles... scatter sprinkles over the top of the rolled out dough and lightly press them in with a rolling pin.

Cream Wet Ingredients.  Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add egg, cream, and extracts and mix well.

Fold in Sprinkles. Using a silicone spatula fold in rainbow sprinkles.

Roll-Out Dough and Cut.  Roll out the cookie dough ⅛” thick. Add more sprinkles and cut the dough into your favorite shapes.
