Slow Cooker Chicken Enchilada Casserole has all the flavors of chicken enchiladas and you can make it in a crock pot.
Every bite contains tender chicken and corn tortillas in a cheesy enchilada sauce.
It has just a few minutes of prep and then cooks for hours without attention.
• Enchilada Sauce
• Garlic Powder
• Chicken Breasts
• Corn Tortillas
• Black Beans
Put enchilada sauce, garlic powder, cumin, and oregano into a crock pot and mix it well.
Add chicken breasts and cook for 3 hours.
When the chicken is cooked, use two forks and shred the chicken and then return it to the pot.
Add cut corn tortillas, shredded cheese, and black beans...
...and stir until well combined.
Top with more cheese and black beans. Cover and cook for another hour...
... or until hot and bubbly!
