Rustic Mashed Potatoes

With a few ingredients and easy-to-follow instructions, you'll be able to make them in no time.

Put clean, whole, unpeeled potatoes in a large pot. Cover them with cold water and add ½ teaspoon salt.

Heat the heavy cream and butter in a measuring cup in the microwave for 1 minute, or until the butter is melted.

... and add the melted butter with warmed cream. 

Stir just enough to blend in the melted butter, cream, and seasonings.

Serve with more butter and fresh chives.
