• Olive Oil
• Yellow Onions
• Fresh Basil
• Dried Oregano
• Tomato Paste
• Tomato Sauce
• San Marzano Canned Tomatoes
• Fine Sea Salt
• Lemon Juice
Use San Marzano Canned Whole Tomatoes for a smoother, richer tomato flavor.
Cook onion in olive oil until transparent.
Add garlic, basil, oregano, and salt, and continue to cook and stir until the garlic and herbs are fragrant.
Stir in tomato paste, tomato sauce, and chopped San Marzano tomatoes.
Cover and simmer... add lemon juice and additional salt, if needed.
Serve over pasta...layer in lasagna... or
