In a large skillet cook sliced mushrooms in butter.
Cook Green Beans.
As the mushrooms cook, cook the green beans, rinse them with cold water, and drain.
In a baking dish whisk together soup, milk, soy sauce, seasoned salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
Stir in the cooked green beans, mushrooms, shredded cheese, and ¾ cup of the fried onions.
Smooth the top of the green bean mixture and bake uncovered for 40 minutes or until hot and bubbling.
Top the casserole with the remaining ¾ cup of fried onions and bake for another 5 to 10 minutes.
