Easy to Make Pumpkin Soup with Brandy

Ingredients

Libby's pumpkin salted butter onion ginger & nutmeg brandy chicken broth salt and pepper

Sauté.  Cook chopped onion in butter. Add ground ginger and ground nutmeg and cook until the spices are fragrant. 

Stir in a splash of brandy and let cook for 2 to 3 minutes to allow the alcohol to cook off.

Puree Soup.  Puree the soup with a stick blender, until it is smooth. Simmer, cover, and cook until fully heated through.

add cream, change up the spices, or make a vegan version.
