Do you love Biscoff? Then you will love this no-bake fruitcake recipe featuring Biscoff cookies!
This cinnamon fruitcake is delicious when filled with your favorite fruit and nuts.
• Biscoff Cookies
• Evaporated Milk
• Ground Nutmeg
• Ground Cloves
• Grand Marnier
• Dried Fruits
Line an 8-cup loaf pan with parchment paper.
Cut the marshmallows and mix them with evaporated milk and Grand Marnier.
In a large bowl mix together crushed Biscoff cookies, nutmeg, cloves, dates, pecans, pineapple, and red cherries.
Add the marshmallow mixture to the Biscoff cookie mixture and stir well with a large spoon.
Pack the fruitcake mixture into the prepared pan.
Cover the top with cling wrap and then fold the parchment paper over the top of the cake...
and chill overnight.

or mulled wine.
